Q:
I have seen your demo and am interested in it. What features are specific to my business?

A:
No problem, we can use UML+ to input any of your specific business requirements directly and
upload them to your own customized portal.

Q:
If we switch to your technology, how do we know we can support it
over the long term?

A:
We encourage all our clients to manage and maintain their application
using UML+. UML is a well known standard for modeling and design.

Q:
Your application seems like a black box, how does it work exactly?

A:
We analyze your requirements, converting them from text into a
standard format using UML+. Next, we launch a web portal using BizPro
Vortex and link to it directly from UML+. Finally, we use the direct
link from UML+ to upload your UML design directly to your portal.
This builds your application automatically and can be repeated as
often as needed.

Q:
Our application's SQL database is very complex, can you model it?

A:
No problem, we use a special object server which maps your SQL
database to a standard set of business objects in UML+. All of your
previous data structures are maintained in UML+.

Q:
How do you store all our data once we have modeled it in UML+?

A: UML+ links directly to a BizPro Application Server which identifies
each object uniquely and stores it in a standardized SQL database.

Q:
Ok, so you can remodel and store all our data. We also have a lot of
logic and rules which our application needs to follow, can you handle this information?

A:
UML+ handles business rules and logic too. User interface rules are
managed using Smart Parts, intelligent visual objects which you can
choose from within UML+.

Q:
What about automatic rules based on events like email or uploads to
our server?

A:
UML+ lets you design customized rules engines in UML and then launch
them alongside your application. These run in real time on your
portal and control the server side of your system.

Q:
Does it work with Java Script?

A:
Yes, and you can add your own customized Java Script directly to the
system using UML+.

Q:
We already use Excel and a couple of other databases in our office,
what do I do with those applications?

A:
The best way to run your business is with the fewest number of
applications. We recommend you migrate all your Excel and other
databases into BizPro using UML+. This puts all your data into a
single portal which is easy to manage.

Q:
We have other systems which we need our application to communicate
with, what do we do if we decided to go with BizPro?

A:
BizPro includes API connectors to most common protocols and displays
them as Events and Actions in your UML model. Once you link and
upload your UML model to a BizPro Application server, these go live
and run on your portal.

Q:
How do I know if my rules are running?

A:
You can login and monitor your portal remotely using BizPro Vortex.
Its display panel lets you see all users that are logged into the
portal as well as monitor its activity.

Q:
Is it secure?

A:
Yes, UML+ allows you to assign security roles to any part of the
system. BizPro Vortex assigns users and roles to the system,
restricting access based on their role assignment.
