Our Management Team

    SystemStrategies Inc. is located in Ottawa, Canada’s National
Capital. It was established in 1984. It specializes in developing
strategies for infrastructure supporting electronic delivery of
government services, identifying strategic applications of information
and information technologies, and managing projects. Its consulting
practice in the area of electronic-government includes strategic
planning, governance frameworks, business modelling, information
management, financial management, cross-boundary relationship, issue
management, implementation management, and general management advisory
services.

    Lynda Cameron has provided strategic advice and executive-level
support to a broad spectrum of Minister and Deputy Minister offices,
senior officials, technical advisors, stakeholder groups,
union-management teams, regional and portfolio offices, and project
management teams. A former Government of Canada executive with over 30
years of diversified experience, she is very experienced in the areas of
organizational development and effectiveness, change and transition
management, human resources management, project management, policy
integration, strategic and internal communications, crisis management,
group facilitation and consensus building, and corporate management and
administration.

    Kirkmere Inc began operations in July 2008. Founding partner
Scott MacGregor has over 15 years experience providing communications,
change management and organization development consulting services for
domestic and international clients in the public, private and not for
profit sectors.
